This Guide will walk you through 1) changing your email account’s password and 2) updating your password on your email program. 

Change the Password for your Email Account

If you do not remember your current password, you will need to contact us to get it reset. 

If you know your current password, you can change it by going to the Havilandtelco webmail page. Once you’ve signed in using your current password, click the 9-dot menu near the top left corner, then go to Settings. In the left pane, click on Accounts. In the main section, click Change Password. Put in your current password, and type your new password twice, then click OK.

Password requirements:

All email passwords must meet the following requirements:

  • 8 Characters or longer
  • 1 or more uppercase letters
  • 1 or more lowercase letters
  • 1 or more symbols
